At High-Performance Alloys, Inc., we offer hot rolled and cold rolled bar stock in custom-sized square and rectangular profiles. We specialize in producing small sized bar in low to mid-volume quantities with very short turnaround. By providing you with premium grade alloys in your desired finished size, form, and temper, you eliminate the expense and waste associated with turning and grinding. Our rolling process enables us to control grain growth, produce a fine grain structure, and obtain a wide array of mechanical properties.

Both our hot rolling and cold rolling processes conform to industry standards and specifications. Hot rolling involves processing metals at high temperatures to shape and form them into the required size. We operate a programmable 12' furnace capable of reaching temperatures as high as 2,300 ºF, and we record and document all relevant process data. Cold rolling involves further processing on a cold reducing mill. We have the capacity to obtain dimensional tolerances as close as ± 0.005" while improving the surface qualities of our cold rolled products.

Along with Hastelloy®, Inconel®, Monel®, and Nitronic®, we process cobalt-based alloys, tantalum, titanium, stainless steel, nickel, and nickel alloys. We offer small-sized square and rectangular bar in many popular sizes as well as custom sizes in lengths from 12" to 144". Width can be specified within the 1" to 10" range while height can be specified anywhere between 0.5" and 3".
